INMATE TELEPHONES

    Telephones are operational from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. daily.

    The Jail will issue a PIN Number to access each inmate's account either by telephone or kiosk. The inmate can use funds from their account to establish a phone account with our phone system provider, Securus Technologies. Funds transferred from the inmates account to the phone account cannot be transferred back to the Inmate's account. Funds will only be returned to inmates upon their release. Inmates will not share their PIN with any other inmate to make calls on their account. If discovered, inmates will receive immediate disciplinary action.

    All calls are limited to fifteen (15) minutes. Inmates are prohibited from using any conference, three-way, or party line style phone service. Individuals outside the Jail, who call and complain of an inmate continually calling and harassing them, can have their phone blocked from receiving calls from the Jail. Inmates' using a 3-way line to call an individual after a block has been placed, or to call individuals in violation of a court order, will be subject to disciplinary action and/or possible criminal prosecution. Funding international calls are the same as calls within the U.S. Friends and family may receive a collect call when available.
