Inmates are allowed to receive messages, via e-mail, through the JailATM website. Inmates may also receive picture attachments so long as they meet requirements. Messages and attachments can be viewed by inmates any time they have access to the visitation kiosks. However, messages and photos will expire after 14 days, at which time they will be removed from the system.

Inmates have access to visitation kiosks and tablets between 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Inmate Messaging is provided through Tech Friends, Inc., JailATM. Visitors will need to create an account with JailATM. Any technical support or assistance with JailATM must be obtained from the JailATM website. If support is needed, check under the "Contact" tab on the JailATM website, which has a variety of help topics and information available.

There are fees associated with services provided by JailATM. Any financial questions should be directed towards JailATM.
