Fugitive Apprehension

The Fugitive Apprehension Unit consists of five sworn deputies. Fugitive Apprehension investigates the location of fugitives or escapees and coordinates resource for their capture. The primary focus is to apprehend subjects with serious violent crimes such as Georgia's "Seven Deadly Sins", (Murder, Rape, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Armed Robbery, and Aggravated Child Molestation), as well as those with outstanding misdemeanor, felony, contempt of court, and probation violation warrants.
