The primary duty of the Court Services Unit is to provide security at the Spalding County Courthouse for workers and the public; to include Judges, Attorneys, Jurors, Court Reporters, Citizens, and Inmates. Other responsibilities of the Court Services Unit are to transport presentenced and sentenced inmates to and from court and to ensure that these inmates are fed if they are away from the detention center during feeding times.
