OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS - INTERNAL AFFAIRS

The Sheriff's Office encourages the public and SCSO employees to bring forward comments about the conduct of SCSO employees. The Sheriff feels that commendable actions by employees should be recognized, published and encouraged, and that inappropriate conduct should be immediately corrected and discouraged. Timely reviews of circumstances and fact based investigations of complaints provide the Sheriff's Office with a great deal of information regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of our service delivery systems and the competence and professionalism of our employees.

The Spalding County Sheriff's Office accepts all complaints against its members and investigates all complaints to the appropriate disposition.

Anyone can call the Spalding County Sheriff's Office at (770) 467-4282, or come into the Sheriff's Office, to file a complaint or compliment on any employee of the Sheriff's Office.
